2.  Include a clear and organized scope of work.  Explain your goal for the CAD project.  It is difficult for a CAD team to determine what you are trying to accomplish just from looking at your drawings.  Give us more specifics.

3. Do you have a deadline?  If the project needs to be done yesterday then let us know. Expect to pay for a rush job.  Your price may be discounted if you give consultants plenty of lead time to review your work.

4.  What is your idea of cost?  If you can let consultants know what your budget is, than they can adjust their scope of work to fit or let you know immediately that they are not a good match for your project.
